Returns & Replacements

St8ment.co.uk accepts you have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of the contract starting, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). This includes Christmas/Holiday season, we do not offer extensions for gifts.

You will be refunded in full including postage, if the item has not already been despatached. If you already have the item after delivery, and wish to return the item please contact us via the contact us page where we will issue you with a returns code and a returns address to send your item. In your email please make sure you enclose the following information-

1) Order number

2) Full Name

3) Item number or names of items you want to return

This information is essential and if provided will allow us to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. We usually respond to returns requests within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Once we have received the item back we will issue you a full refund less postage costs. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of goods being returned. Please note after 7 days of receipt we will not accept items being returned. This includes Christmas season buying, and will not be extended for gifts.

The only exceptions to this returns policy are on Earrings and Navel bars and Tights/Hold ups, this is for health and hygiene reasons. All these items are non-returnable.
